Annual General Meeting

What is an AGM?

An annual general meeting (AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of an organization and its members. At the AGM, the directors of the company present an annual report, which contains information for members about its performance and strategy.

All members are invited to the meeting, however only members in good standing (active and paid memberships) can vote.

During the meeting, members are presented with an agenda, the minutes from the previous AGM, the financial statements, the nomination of directors and officers as well as any changes to the bylaws of the organization.
